What you get, and how long it takes
Every engagement is quoted individually, but the shape rarely changes. Below is what lands on your desk at the end of each one, and the timings we work to.

Deciding what the brand says before anyone spends money saying it.
What you get
- Positioning document
- Messaging framework
- Audience and competitor research
- Tone of voice guide
- Creative direction
Timing
Two weeks of customer and sales interviews, a working session to agree the position, and the written document in week four.
Digital presence
Making the website, search and social behave as one channel.
What you get
- Audit of the current site and channels
- Rewritten site copy and structure
- Technical SEO fixes
- Content calendar
- Social account management
- Analytics and conversion tracking
Timing
Audit in week one, priority fixes through weeks two and three, then a monthly content and reporting rhythm.
Campaigns
Running a launch end to end, so you brief once and approve twice.
What you get
- Campaign concept and rationale
- Asset production
- Media plan and buying
- Partnership and influencer activity
- Results report against the target
Timing
Concept and plan in the first fortnight, production in the second, live around week five depending on how much needs shooting.
Growth
Working out which channels pay back before committing real budget.
What you get
- Channel shortlist with sizing
- Test plan and per-channel budgets
- Landing pages
- Conversion rate work
- Email and lifecycle sequences
- Monthly performance report
Timing
Channels chosen in week one, tests running by week three, and a first honest cost-per-lead read at the end of month two.
Working together
Three ways to engage us
- Project
- Fixed scope, fixed price, a defined end. Suits launches, site rebuilds and one-off campaigns. You get the plan and the price in writing before anything starts.
- Retainer
- A monthly commitment for work that compounds — presence, content and growth. Reviewed every quarter, cancellable with a month's notice.
- Advisory
- A day or two a month if you already have a team and need direction rather than hands. Usually positioning, channel strategy and reviewing what the team ships.
We quote per engagement rather than publishing a rate card, because scope drives the number far more than the discipline does. Send a brief and you will get a figure back, along with our view on whether the budget suits the goal.
Tell us the problem
We'll say which of these fits, what it would cost and how long it would take. If none of them fit, we'll say that too.
